At Snacks And More, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we're here to help. Please review our policy below to understand your rights and the conditions for returning a product.
2. Refund Eligibility
- 30-Day Return Period: You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- Original Condition: To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: Please provide a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Custom Orders: Custom or personalized items are not eligible for a refund unless they are defective.
- Digital Products: Downloadable software products and digital goods are non-refundable once the order is completed and the product is delivered.
- Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for a refund.
4. Return Process
- Contact Us: Before returning an item, please contact our customer service team to initiate the return process. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with instructions on where to send your item.
- Shipping: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

- Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

- Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

- Bank Processing: Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

7. Exchanges
- Defective or Damaged Items: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, contact us and send your item to the address provided in the return instructions.
